The International Telesales Representative is responsible for making and receiving international sales calls, promoting company products or services, identifying customer needs, converting leads into sales, and achieving monthly targets. The role includes regular follow-ups with international clients, handling objections professionally, negotiating prices when required, maintaining accurate records in CRM, and coordinating with internal teams for order processing, documentation, and after-sales support.
