1. Prospect for and acquire new business banking clients
2. Manage existing client relationships and grow their banking products and services
3. Identify and develop new opportunities for business growth
4. Maintain a deep understanding of the banking industry and competitive landscape
5. Collaborate with other departments to provide comprehensive financial solutions
6. Achieve and exceed sales targets
7. Conduct market research and analysis to identify market trends and opportunities
8. Prepare presentations and proposals to showcase banking products and services
9. Stay abreast of regulatory and industry best practices
