Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Specialist

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced CRM Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of CRM principles and practices, as well as a proven ability to build and maintain customer relationships.

Responsibilities:

1. Manage and maintain customer relationships across multiple channels (phone, email, social media)
2. Track customer interactions and provide personalized experiences
3. Identify and address customer needs and concerns
4. Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction
5. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and report on customer engagement
