Overview
Key Responsibilities: Serve as the primary point of contact for customers via phone, email, and live chat. Respond to inquiries regarding products, services, and account issues promptly and professionally. Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues effectively, documenting all interactions accurately. Maintain a thorough understanding of our products and services to provide accurate information. Follow up with customers to ensure their concerns are fully addressed. Collaborate with team members and other departments to improve processes and enhance customer experience. Requirements: 1. Proficiency in English. 2. Excellent Knowledge of MS Office. 3. Hands-on experience with CRM software is a plus. 4. Understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques. 5. Self motivated with a result driven approach. 6. Aptitude in delivering attractive presentations. 7. Bachelor's Degree. Salary range 12K to 30K ( Depends on interview) Experience :- 0-3 years Bond :- 2 years
