About the Role
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented AI Video Editor proficient in Hindi and English (reading and writing both) to transform scripts and audio narratives into highly engaging, performance-driven video content. The ideal candidate should possess strong storytelling instincts, advanced editing skills, and hands-on experience with the latest AI-powered video and audio creation tools.
This role involves producing compelling long-form and short-form content for digital platforms, advertisements, social media campaigns, and branded storytelling.
Key Responsibilities
• Edit and produce long-form videos (up to 30–40 minutes) and short-form content (up to 2 minutes) for ads, social media, and digital campaigns
• A very strong command of AI prompting for image, video, and audio generation tools such as Chat GPT / Gemini to achieve high-quality creative outputs efficiently.

• Utilize tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, and AI platforms to create high-quality visual storytelling
•
• Familiarity with AI creative tools such as Nano Banana for image generation, Seedance for AI motion / video creation, Auto Ai and Morphic (++).
• Use AI-powered audio and voice tools such as Eleven Labs, Suno, Adobe Podcast AI, and voice cloning/lip-sync technologies for immersive storytelling (ElevenLabs)
• Collaborate closely with teams to deliver impactful storytelling content
• Maintain strong visual storytelling, pacing, hooks, transitions, and overall consistency.
• Stay updated with emerging AI creative workflows, content trends, and platform-specific best practices
Requirements
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects
• Hands-on experience with AI image/video generation tools and prompt creation
• Excellent storytelling sense, visual aesthetics, and attention to detail
• Ability to understand, edit, and creatively adapt Hindi content
• Experience with AI voice generation, lip-syncing, subtitles, and cinematic sound design is a plus
• Knowledge of motion graphics, compositing, and AI-assisted workflows
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Skills
• Experience in performance marketing creatives and viral content editing
• Understanding of audience retention, engagement strategies, and hook-based storytelling
• Familiarity with YouTube, Instagram Reels, Facebook Ads, Shorts, and OTT-style content formats
• Basic graphic design and thumbnail creation skills
• Awareness of evolving AI filmmaking and generative video trends (Melies)

Salary :

Minimum Salary : Rs. 24000/Per Month
