The company is willing to train and develop individuals with a strong aptitude for quality assurance and a willingness to learn. : Job Skills: * Quality Management Systems (QMS): Expertise in implementing and maintaining Quality Management Systems, ensuring adherence to established standards and procedures. * ISO 9001: Proficiency in ISO 9001 standards, including documentation, auditing, and continuous improvement processes. * Metrology: Strong understanding of metrology principles and techniques for accurate measurement and inspection of components and products. * Data Analysis: Ability to collect, analyze, and interpret data to identify trends, patterns, and root causes of quality issues. * Minitab/Python: Hands-on experience with statistical software (e.g., Minitab) and/or programming languages (e.g., Python) for data analysis and reporting. * Process Validation: Knowledge of process validation methodologies to ensure manufacturing processes consistently produce products that meet specifications. * Data Analysis: Proficiency in data analysis techniques to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement in quality control processes. * Instrument: Expertise in using various measuring instruments like CMM, profile projector, etc. * Vernier: Proficient in using vernier calipers for precise measurements. * Micro Meter: Skilled in using micrometers for accurate dimensional measurements. Roles and Responsibilities: * Conduct thorough inspections of incoming materials, in-process components, and finished products to ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications. * Utilize metrology equipment, including vernier calipers, micrometers, and other precision instruments, to perform accurate measurements and dimensional checks. * Maintain and update the Quality Management System (QMS) documentation in accordance with ISO 9001 standards. * Analyze data using statistical software (e.g., Minitab) and/or programming languages (e.g., Python) to identify trends, patterns, and root causes of quality defects. * Participate in process validation activities to ensure manufacturing processes consistently produce products that meet required specifications. * Collaborate with production teams to implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) to address quality issues and prevent recurrence. * Prepare detailed inspection reports and communicate findings to relevant stakeholders. * Assist in the development and implementation of quality control procedures and work instructions. * Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and process efficiency. * Maintain calibration and maintenance records for all measuring instruments. * Support internal and external audits to ensure compliance with quality standards. * Use various measuring instruments like CMM, profile projector, etc.

Salary :

Minimum Salary : Rs. 15000/Per Month

Maximum Salary : Rs. 35000/Per Month
