These skills are crucial for effectively managing diverse patient needs and ensuring optimal patient outcomes. **Roles and Responsibilities:** * Delivering comprehensive nursing care to patients in various settings, including wards, emergency rooms, labor and delivery units, and pediatric wards. * Conducting thorough patient assessments, including vital signs, medical history, and current health status. * Administering medications accurately and safely, following established protocols and physician orders. * Providing wound care and dressing changes, adhering to infection control guidelines. * Monitoring patient progress and documenting observations accurately in electronic health records. * Collaborating with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans. * Educating patients and their families about health conditions, medications, and treatment plans. * Maintaining a safe and clean patient environment, adhering to infection control protocols. * Participating in ongoing professional development activities to enhance nursing skills and knowledge. * Responding effectively to emergency situations, providing prompt and appropriate interventions. * Demonstrating a commitment to patient advocacy and ensuring patient rights are upheld. * Contributing to a positive and supportive team environment, fostering collaboration and communication.

Minimum Salary : Rs. 12000/Per Month
