The ability to learn quickly, adapt to changing situations, and maintain a calm and professional demeanor under pressure is essential. **Roles and Responsibilities:** * Greet and welcome patients and visitors in a warm and professional manner. * Answer and direct incoming calls efficiently and accurately. * Provide information and assistance to patients and visitors regarding hospital policies, procedures, and services. * Schedule appointments and maintain accurate patient records. * Manage patient check-in and check-out processes. * Maintain a clean and organized reception area. OP and IP Billing * Assist with administrative tasks as needed. * Maintain confidentiality of patient information at all times. * Collaborate effectively with other members of the healthcare team. * Demonstrate a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
