**Job Title:** Picking and Packing Associate
**Responsibilities:**
1. Receive orders and identify items for picking.
2. Accurately locate and retrieve items.
3. Verify item quantity and condition.
4. Pack items securely and in compliance with shipping regulations.
5. Label and scan packages for tracking.
6. Maintain a clean and organized work area.
