To implement the marketing / sales activities in the designated area, manage the overall sales activities of team members in his territory. To achieve pre decided volume and value targets for the given quarter / financial Yr. To provide inputs for manpower requirement in his unit, help recruitment, training processes along with monitoring in’dividual performance of his team. To ensure 100% control on strategy implementation, area coverage by Team, dealer / distributor / geo-coverage expansion, addition of new customers, etc. To responsible for Project & Channel Sales, Dealer and Network development as per the mutually agreed directives. To monitor / control the expenditure in the assigned region in an optimal way. To promote / register our brands in various Governments, corporate and getting our products specified which will help the PCPs & SCPs. Plan, implement, and obtain feedback, on various promotional schemes. To ensure proper, reliable market intelligence is gathered and assimilated and sent to the back office. To maintain the brand image of the company in the assigned region. Nurture & maintain relationship with Key accounts and assist team members for order closing. Ensure accurate &timely (within 1 working day on receipt of P.O. / Order confirmation) Order punching in the system. Continuously work for adding new Builders/Architects/Corporates in the region throughin house product presentation in office & product specification. To Control outstanding under set credit norms ensuring timely collection of dues. Effectively handle & resolve customer complaints having thrust on minimum losses to the company & customer satisfaction. To ensure team stability thru demonstrating participative & motivating leadership style. Ensure capability of executives through time to time review of their performance and periodical training on product knowledge / selling skills / presentation skills / negotiation skills / obligation handling skills, etc, etc. To fill up the market gaps by making availability of products & generating pull of the products. To do weekly self review and self corrections for improving productivity.
