About the Job
Overview
???? Responsibilities: Call potential customers to explain company products and encourage sales. Build in-depth knowledge of company products. Maintain accurate records of sales calls, appointments, and customer data. Manage leads effectively through the sales pipeline. Conduct follow-ups with leads to convert them into sales opportunities. Negotiate sales agreements and close deals. Provide excellent customer service by handling queries and resolving issues. Identify new prospects through different channels and media. ???? Requirements: Excellent Hindi communication skills (English is a plus). Strong persuasion and customer relationship skills. Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools preferred). Fresher or experienced candidates (0–5 years) can apply. Must be proactive, motivated, and target-driven.
