**Business Development Executive**
* Prospect and qualify new business opportunities
* Develop and execute sales strategies to meet targets
* Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients
* Prepare proposals and presentations
**Team Leader**
* Supervise and mentor team of Business Development Executives
* Establish and communicate team goals and objectives
* Monitor team performance and provide feedback
* Conduct regular performance evaluations
