Overview

Caller

We are looking for a Caller to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be able to work independently and as part of a team, and be able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

The Caller will be responsible for:

* Answering incoming calls and providing information to callers
* Taking messages and forwarding them to the appropriate person
* Screening calls and directing them to the appropriate department
* Maintaining a clean and organized work area
* Following company policies and procedures
