Overview
Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Consultant located in Surat. The CRM Consultant will be responsible for the day-to-day tasks associated with managing relationships with customers, analyzing customer interactions and data, advising on business processes, and driving sales growth. The role will involve working with Sales and Marketing teams, as well as utilizing Salesforce.com Administration. Qualifications A candidate for this role should possess: Analytical Skills and experience in Business Process Sales experience and Consulting skills Excellent communication skills and ability to build and maintain customer relationships A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or Any Graduates Experiences in Sales or Freshers also can apply.
