Position Overview:
The Corporate Sales Manager will lead and expand the corporate client base for our client. This role involves driving sales, building strong relationships with corporate clients, and achieving revenue targets by promoting customized gifting solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sales Strategy and Business Development
  1. Identify and approach potential corporate clients.
  2. Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
  3. Stay updated on market trends and competitors to ensure a competitive edge.

  • Client Relationship Management
  1. Build and maintain long-term relationships with corporate clients.
  2. Act as a trusted advisor to clients, understanding their gifting requirements.
  3. Manage end-to-end client interactions, including negotiation and order fulfillment.

  • Product Knowledge and Promotion
  1. Manage existing Present portfolio, including customized gifting options, electronics, lifestyle gadgets, kitchenware, and novelties.
  2. Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional strategies for new products and campaigns.

  • Revenue Generation
  1. Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
  2. Prepare sales forecasts and reports for management review.

  • Team Collaboration
  1. Coordinate with the operations and procurement teams to ensure timely delivery of client orders.
  2. Provide feedback on product demand and client preferences to improve offerings.


  • Required Skills and Qualifications
    Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years in corporate sales, preferably in the gifting or B2B domain.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships.
  • Goal-oriented with a track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office.
