Job Role - Customer Support Executive Location - MIHAN, Nagpur Salary - 12k - 17k Rotational Shifts Both way Cab facility Available Qualification - 12th Pass and Above Note - (Only Walkin Interview Available) Roles and Responsibilities : 1. Provide exceptional service via voice calls, promptly addressing inquiries and issues. 2. Manage high volumes of calls with professionalism and efficiency. 3. Troubleshoot and resolve issues quickly, following procedures and escalating when needed. 4. Ensure clear, empathetic communication, making customers feel supported. 5.Continuously improve retention processes based on feedback and performance data. (As required) 6.Achieve and exceed sales targets through effective communication and persuasion.
