About the Job
Overview
Key Responsibilities: Counsel students and parents regarding academic programs, admission requirements, and career prospects. Handle inquiries via phone, email, walk-ins, and online platforms. Convert leads into enrollments through effective follow-up and counseling sessions. Maintain student database, track inquiries, and follow-up regularly. Assist students with application forms, documentation, and admission procedures. Organize and participate in admission drives, seminars, webinars, and counseling sessions. Collaborate with the marketing and academic teams for student engagement initiatives. Achieve monthly and quarterly admission/enrollment targets. Provide a positive student experience by addressing queries and concerns effectively. Key Skills & Competencies: Strong communication and interpersonal skills Excellent counseling and persuasion ability Goal-oriented with problem-solving mindset Good organizational and multitasking skills Proficiency in MS Office, CRM, or student management systems Ability to work both independently and as part of a team Qualifications & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Education, Management, or related preferred). 2years of experience in counseling, sales, or customer service Prior experience in the education sector will be an added advantage. Location - Thane Salary - 2LPA to 3LPA Immediate Joiner
