This position offers a unique opportunity to work in the fast-paced and exciting aviation environment, providing a solid foundation for a long-term career in the industry. **Roles and Responsibilities** * Coordinate and execute a wide range of ground handling services for arriving and departing aircraft, including marshalling, chocking, and securing the aircraft. * Manage the safe and efficient loading and unloading of passenger baggage, mail, and cargo, ensuring proper weight and balance distribution. * Operate specialized ground support equipment (GSE) in a safe and competent manner, adhering to all operational guidelines. * Utilize radio telephony systems to maintain clear, concise, and professional communication with the flight deck, air traffic control, and other ground personnel. * Employ computer systems and proprietary software to input and retrieve critical flight data, manage operational logs, and generate reports. * Perform basic data analysis to monitor key performance indicators such as turnaround times, baggage handling accuracy, and resource allocation. * Ensure strict compliance with all airport, airline, and regulatory safety protocols to maintain a secure working environment on the ramp and airside. * Conduct thorough pre-arrival and post-departure inspections of the parking bay to ensure it is free of foreign object debris (FOD). * Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including passenger services, maintenance, and flight operations, to ensure a seamless turnaround process. :**Required Education**: A minimum educational qualification of a 12th pass (Higher Secondary Certificate) is required. Comprehensive on-the-job training will be provided to equip you with all the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in this role. :**Job Skills**: * **Ground Handling**: Demonstrable ability to learn and execute all facets of aircraft ground operations, including ramp services, baggage handling, and aircraft marshalling, with a strong focus on safety and precision. * **Airport Operations**: A keen interest in and understanding of the airport environment, including airside safety procedures, terminology, and the critical importance of on-time performance. * **Data Analysis**: The capacity to collect, interpret, and analyze operational data to identify inefficiencies, support decision-making, and contribute to the continuous improvement of ground processes. * **Data Management**: Proficiency in accurately recording and managing operational data using designated software and systems, ensuring data integrity for reporting and analysis. * **Computer Proficiency**: Solid foundational computer skills, including the ability to operate airline-specific software, communication platforms, and standard office applications for reporting and coordination. * **Radio Telephony for Ground Operations**: The ability to master and use standard radio communication phraseology for clear and unambiguous communication with flight crews and other operational staff, which is critical for safety and efficiency on the airfield.
