Job Title: Senior Business Telecaller Location: [Specify Location] Job Type: Full-Time Experience: 2+ Years in Telecalling / Sales Job Summary: We are looking for a Senior Business Telecaller to handle client calls, explain services, convert leads into business, and support the telecalling team. The role involves both calling and guiding junior team members to achieve targets. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to potential clients and explain company services. Handle inbound calls and clear customer doubts. Convert leads into sales and achieve monthly targets. Follow up with clients through calls, emails, or WhatsApp. Maintain proper call records and reports. Support and guide junior telecallers in their daily work. Coordinate with the sales and business team to ensure smooth process. Build and maintain strong customer relationships. Skills Required: Strong communication and convincing skills. Good leadership and team-handling ability. Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM, Email). Confidence in handling customers. Ability to work under targets and pressure. Education: Any Degree or Diploma Preferred: Prior experience in telecalling, telesales, or business development. Experience in academic or research service sales will be an added advantage.
