Profile: AGM - Human Resource ( Female ) Location: Bhopal ( work from office) Salary: 12 LPA ( Negotiable ) Requirements Experience 10 - 12 years in BPO industry only Should have excellent knowledge of BPO Compliance Should be able to handle payroll on excel of upto 2000+ employees Should be able to work in a fast pace environment Early joiners preferred MBA or related degree preferred Should have good corporate exposure Able to build hiring strategies, campus hiring and mass hiring at pan India location.
