We pride ourselves on a robust distribution network of over 25,000 partners, and we are looking for experienced Operations Coordinator (Females Only) to join our team at Tower square, Indore. Role Overview: As an Operations Executive / Operations Coordinator at Andromeda, you will be responsible for supporting daily operational activities to ensure smooth business processes. Your role will involve coordinating between different departments, managing workflows, maintaining data accuracy, and ensuring effective communication across teams. Key Responsibilities: ● Coordinate day-to-day operations within the office to ensure smooth processes. ● Maintain accurate records, reports, and data for operational activities. ● Assist in coordinating meetings, calls, and appointments. ● Support the operations team with documentation, reporting, and compliance tasks. ● Handle operational inquiries and provide timely assistance to clients and internal teams. ● Monitor and manage operational workflows to ensure efficiency and productivity. ● Assist in implementing new operational procedures and improvements. Skills and Qualifications: ● Experience: Minimum 2 year of experience in operations coordination, administrative support, or similar roles. ● Education: Graduate in any stream. ● Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with bankers, team members and other departments. ● Organizational Skills: Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. ● Attention to Detail: High accuracy in data management and reporting. ● Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
