This position is a unique opportunity for individuals with strong management potential to build a rewarding career in the aviation industry, contributing directly to an exceptional passenger experience. **Roles and Responsibilities** * Oversee and coordinate all daily ground and airside operations, including passenger processing, baggage handling, and aircraft turnaround, to ensure on-time performance and operational excellence. * Manage and lead various operational teams, providing clear direction, support, and performance feedback to foster a collaborative and high-performing work environment. * Identify opportunities for process development and implement strategic improvements to enhance operational efficiency, safety standards, and customer satisfaction. * Maintain meticulous and accurate operational logs, flight records, and performance reports through precise data entry and management. * Serve as a key point of contact, liaising effectively with airline partners, ground handlers, and cabin crew to ensure smooth and coordinated flight preparations and departures. * Monitor and ensure strict compliance with all aviation regulations, security protocols, and company policies across all operational areas. * Proactively manage and resolve any operational disruptions, irregularities, or emergencies with a calm and decisive approach to minimize impact on passengers and services. :Required Education: A minimum of a 10th standard pass certificate is required. The final salary will be determined based on the candidate's demonstrated skills, aptitude, and overall fit for the role. :Job Type: This is a full-time, permanent position offering stability and a clear path for career advancement. The role requires flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays, to support the 24/7 nature of airport operations. :Job Experience: Prior professional experience is not a prerequisite for this role. We welcome freshers and candidates with a strong desire to build a career in aviation management.
