Just BLR, an established Restaurant+Cafe+Bar on Brigade Road, is urgently seeking two experienced and highly motivated Restaurant Managers to lead our team and oversee daily operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all front-of-house and back-of house operations to ensure a seamless and high-quality guest experience.
- Lead, train, schedule, and motivate the service and support staff.
- Uphold exceptional standards of customer service, promptly addressing any guest feedback or concerns.
- Oversee inventory management, including ordering supplies and controlling operational costs.
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
- Drive sales and profitability through effective management and strategic planning.
Qualifications & Requirements:
You must have proven experience in restaurant management.
- Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
- Ability to manage a team effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- This role is open to only Women.
