Job Locations: Jaipur, Jodhpur, Bikaner Salary: Depending on experience Job Type: Full-time Job Description: Advance Tecmate Pvt. Ltd. is seeking an experienced and motivated Technical Sales Engineer with expertise in air compressors to join our expanding team. The ideal candidate will combine technical knowledge of compressor systems with strong sales abilities to drive product sales, build lasting customer relationships, and provide tailored solutions to meet our clients’ needs in industries requiring high-quality compressors. As a Sales Engineer, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, conducting technical product demonstrations, and collaborating with the sales team to achieve sales targets while ensuring customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: Air Compressor Product Expertise & Solution Design: • Gain an in-depth understanding of our compressor products and their applications across various industries such as manufacturing, Food processing etc. • Work with clients to design and propose customized compressor solutions that best meet their specific needs and requirements. Sales & Business Development: • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, customer engagement, and networking. • Drive sales growth by presenting technical solutions and closing deals for compressors and related systems. Customer Relationship Management: • Establish and nurture long-term relationships with customers by providing expert technical advice, regular follow-ups, and consistent post-sale support. Technical Presentations & Demonstrations: • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential customers, focusing on the technical benefits and applications of compressors. • Ensure that potential customers fully understand the value and technical capabilities of the products. Proposals & Quotations: • Prepare and submit accurate technical quotations and proposals for compressors, ensuring they align with customer requirements and technical specifications. Market Research & Competitor Analysis: • Continuously monitor industry trends, new technologies, and competitor products. • Gather insights to maintain a competitive edge and adjust strategies accordingly. Collaboration with Sales and Marketing Teams: • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to create targeted marketing campaigns, promotional material, and technical sales tools for compressors. Required Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical) or related field. • Proven experience in technical sales, with a focus on compressors or similar technical products. • Strong understanding of compressor systems and their applications across various industries. • Excellent communication and presentation skills. • Ability to build relationships with clients and work as part of a team. • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to provide solutions to customer challenges. Preferred Qualifications: • Experience in technical sales, preferably in the mechanical or related industry. • Knowledge of the latest trends in air compressor technology.
