Job Summary:

The Area Supervisor is responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth execution of activities, and achieving performance targets within the assigned area. The role involves team supervision, process monitoring, client coordination, and ensuring compliance with company policies and standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and guide field executives or team members across multiple locations within the area.

Monitor daily operations to ensure targets, timelines, and quality standards are met.

Coordinate with clients, vendors, or internal departments to resolve issues promptly.

Ensure effective implementation of company policies, sales strategies, and operational processes.

Conduct regular field visits to assess performance, provide feedback, and identify improvement areas.

Track and report daily/weekly performance metrics to management.

Train, motivate, and support team members to enhance productivity and service quality.

Manage attendance, task assignments, and resource allocation within the team.


Experience Required:
Skills Required

Sales Forecasting, Lead Generation, Sales Pipeline Management, Social Selling, Sales Automation Tools,


No Qualification Required

Education Required * :

LLB


Salary :

Minimum Salary : Rs. 22000/Per Month

Maximum Salary : Rs. 27000/Per Month
