Description: We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Sales Executive to join our dynamic team at Pra-n-shi Infra Advisor's Private Limited. As a Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving sales growth by identifying, engaging, and converting potential clients. You will be responsible for generating leads, building strong customer relationships, and achieving sales targets. This is a full-time position offering significant growth potential within a collaborative and supportive environment.

Roles and Responsibilities:
Lead Generation: Identifying and qualifying potential clients through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and online marketing.
Client Engagement: Building rapport and establishing strong relationships with prospective clients, understanding their needs and presenting tailored solutions.
Sales Conversion: Converting leads into successful sales by effectively demonstrating the value proposition and negotiating favorable terms.
Target Achievement: Consistently meeting and exceeding individual and team sales targets.
Market Analysis: Staying up-to-date with market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
Reporting and Documentation: Maintaining accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and sales performance using CRM tools like MS Excel.

Required Education: 12th

Preferred Education: Others

Experience: 1 years 6 months in sales

Skills: lead generation, cold calling, convincing skill, Ms excel

Salary Range: From 15000 to 80000
