Overview
As an Internal Sales Executive/ Client Relation Executive (back office/ desk top work), you will be responsible for effectively communicating with potential clients, providing them with information about our Medical Equipment’s and persuading them to come for the Training. Responsibilities: Conduct outbound calls to prospective Doctors from provided leads or database. Introduce our products and services to potential Doctors over the phone. Explain the features, benefits and pricing of various Machines. Answer incoming calls and respond to inquiries from clients regarding Equipment’s, pricing and other relevant information. Schedule appointments for interested Doctors for training. Follow up with leads to maintain a consistent communication flow and nurture relationships. Achieve weekly and monthly targets for lead generation and conversion. Maintain a detailed record of all interactions and appointments in the CRM system. Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth handover of leads and provide necessary support. Stay updated with market trends and changes in competitor regulations. Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 Per month (Depending on experience and knowledge) Schedule: Day shift Job Timing: 10am to 7pm Work Location: Koparkhairane, Navi Mumbai.
