We provide comprehensive, on-the-job training to equip you with all the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in your role. **Required Skills and Competencies:** * Exceptional verbal communication and interpersonal skills to interact clearly and courteously with passengers from diverse backgrounds. * A strong customer-centric approach with a genuine desire to assist people and resolve their issues effectively. * The ability to work collaboratively and efficiently within a team to achieve common operational goals. * Calmness and composure to handle stressful situations, such as flight delays or passenger complaints, with professionalism. * Basic computer literacy for handling reservations, check-in systems, and other operational software. * Flexibility and adaptability to work in rotational shifts, including early mornings, late nights, weekends, and holidays. * A well-groomed appearance and a professional demeanor at all times. **Roles and Responsibilities:** * Assist passengers through all airport procedures, including ticket verification, check-in, seat assignment, and baggage processing. * Provide accurate and timely information to passengers regarding flight schedules, boarding times, gate information, and potential delays. * Manage passenger queues and ensure a smooth and orderly flow at check-in counters, security checks, and boarding gates. * Handle passenger inquiries, address complaints, and provide solutions to common travel-related issues with empathy and efficiency. * Make clear and concise public announcements regarding boarding calls, flight updates, and other essential information. * Verify passenger travel documents, including passports, visas, and identification, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements. * Coordinate with cabin crew, ramp staff, and other ground personnel to ensure the safe and punctual departure of flights. * Provide special assistance to passengers with specific needs, such as unaccompanied minors, elderly passengers, and individuals with reduced mobility. * Strictly adhere to all safety, security, and operational protocols mandated by the airline and aviation authorities. * Prepare and submit daily reports on flight activities, passenger numbers, and any incidents that may have occurred.
