About the Job
Overview
Strategic Development and Implementation: • Develop and implement strategies to grow the customer base and drive sales and traffic, leveraging CRM. • Lead and manage the development of annual and seasonal plans to achieve program and business goals. • Create and manage the customer contact strategy, executing marketing strategies to achieve business goals. Customer/ Associate Relations and Query Resolution: • Resolve customer queries via emails, calls, and letters within the targeted turnaround time (TAT). • Resolve Associate queries within the targeted turnaround time (TAT) • Create SOPs for processes Database Management: • Implement best practices for database management, measurement, evaluation, data capture, and maintenance of all CRM activities. • Execute and maintain all documents from booking to possession/registration. Cross-Channel Collaboration: • Manage interactions with cross-channel partners related to CRM and Sales. Customer Engagement and Retention: • Oversee consumer marketing campaigns to increase revenue per active consumer, boost multi-channel visits, and reduce churn. • Form alliances to generate new customers and enhance engagement.
