The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the team, providing leadership, fostering a positive work environment, and ensuring the successful completion of tasks. As an Advisor, you will act as a key point of contact for your team, facilitating communication, motivating team members, and promoting a culture of collaboration and high performance. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: • Driving Business through innovative ideas and channels • Meeting company targets of business through self advisor code. • Generating new leads for Business. • Cooperating with other team members for robust growth of business.
