: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Telesales professional to join our team. As a key member of our sales engine, you will be the first point of contact for potential clients, playing a crucial role in generating leads, nurturing customer relationships, and driving revenue growth. This position requires an energetic individual with exceptional communication skills and a passion for sales, who can effectively articulate the value of our property offerings over the phone and inspire client interest. **Roles and Responsibilities** * Conduct a high volume of outbound calls to prospective clients from provided leads and databases. * Present, promote, and explain property details and investment opportunities to potential buyers in a clear and compelling manner. * Understand client requirements and effectively address their questions, concerns, and objections to build trust and rapport. * Successfully schedule site visits and appointments for the field sales team to facilitate property viewings and closures. * Maintain an accurate and detailed record of all client interactions, lead status, and follow-up activities in the CRM system. * Consistently meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales targets and performance metrics. * Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline through proactive follow-ups and relationship management. * Stay updated with real estate market trends and project knowledge to provide accurate information to clients. : A Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree is the required educational qualification for this role. We believe that a background in arts and humanities equips candidates with excellent communication, interpersonal, and critical thinking skills, which are essential for building relationships and persuading potential clients in a competitive sales environment. : This position is within the dynamic and fast-paced Real Estate industry. You will be at the forefront of property sales, connecting individuals and investors with their ideal real estate opportunities. This sector offers significant growth potential and the chance to be part of a thriving market that directly impacts community development and personal wealth creation. : A competitive monthly salary in the range of INR 8,000 to INR 15,000 will be offered. The final compensation will be determined based on your skills, potential, and performance, with opportunities for incentives and bonuses tied to achieving sales targets. : This is a full-time, office-based position requiring your dedicated commitment. The role involves working standard business hours, providing a structured environment where you can collaborate with the team and focus on achieving your sales objectives. : This is an excellent entry-level opportunity, and we welcome freshers to apply. While prior experience is not mandatory, a strong passion for sales, a proactive attitude, and an eagerness to learn and grow within the real estate sector are essential. We provide comprehensive training to help you succeed. : The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in the following key areas: * **Telecaller:** Proven ability to handle a high volume of outbound and inbound calls professionally and efficiently. * **Telesales:** A natural aptitude for selling products or services over the telephone, with a focus on persuasion and closing techniques. * **Sales:** A fundamental understanding of the sales process, including lead generation, qualification, negotiation, and achieving targets. * **Property Sales:** A keen interest in or experience with real estate, demonstrating the ability to effectively communicate the unique value propositions of different properties.
