MDC Group of Companies - The Moleculez www.themoleculez.com Job Title: Recruiter (Minimum 1 Year Experience) Location: Ghatkopar, Mumbai (Work from Office) Working Hours: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM (Monday - Friday) Saturdays: 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM Salary: As per industry standards Job Description: We are looking for a motivated and dynamic Recruiter with at least 1 year of experience to join our team in Ghatkopar. As a Recruiter, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, and hiring top talent to meet organizational needs. Key Responsibilities: * Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking, and employee referrals. * Conduct initial phone interviews to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit. * Schedule and coordinate interviews, providing candidates with timely feedback. * Negotiate salary and compensation packages, as needed, and extend offers to selected candidates. * Collaborate with HR and other departments to ensure a seamless hiring process. Skills & Qualifications: * Minimum 1 year of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills. * Ability to screen resumes and conduct initial interviews effectively. * Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
