Successful candidates can expect a competitive salary ranging from $12,000 to $40,000 per year, commensurate with experience and performance. This includes a base salary along with opportunities for performance-based bonuses and incentives. :This is a full-time position requiring a commitment to achieving ambitious sales goals. The role demands dedication, resilience, and a proactive approach to building and maintaining client relationships. :Prior sales experience, while beneficial, is not mandatory for this role. We are open to considering candidates with transferable skills and a strong desire to learn and excel in a sales environment. This includes the ability to articulate value propositions clearly and persuasively, build rapport with clients, actively listen to their needs, and handle objections effectively. **Roles and Responsibilities:** * Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve individual and team targets. * Identify and qualify potential clients through various prospecting methods. * Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through effective communication and follow-up. * Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations, tailoring the message to client needs. * Negotiate contracts and close deals, ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes. * Maintain accurate sales records and contribute to sales forecasting activities. * Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and service delivery. * Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities. * Continuously seek opportunities to improve sales processes and performance. * Represent the company professionally and ethically in all client interactions.
