Description: Deliver orders efficiently and safely using a company-provided bike, ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining a professional demeanor.
Responsibilities:
Delivering orders promptly to customers: Ensuring accurate and timely delivery within designated areas.
Maintaining the cleanliness and roadworthiness of the assigned bike: Regularly checking tire pressure, brakes, and other essential components.
Following traffic laws and safety regulations: Adhering to all applicable rules and regulations while operating the bike.
Communicating effectively with customers and dispatch: Providing updates on delivery status and addressing customer inquiries.
Handling cash and other payment methods securely: Accurately processing transactions and ensuring proper handling of funds.
Maintaining accurate delivery records: Keeping detailed logs of deliveries, including time, location, and customer information.
Representing the company professionally: Maintaining a positive attitude and providing excellent customer service.
