Description: Develop and implement effective sales strategies, focused on maximizing sales revenue, and expanding the customer base within the media and entertainment industry. Build strong relationships with clients, understand their needs, and offer tailored solutions. Work collaboratively within a dynamic team environment and contribute to a positive and productive work atmosphere.
Responsibilities:
Prospect and qualify potential clients through cold calling and other lead generation strategies.
Conduct effective sales presentations, highlighting the value proposition of Pheme Entertainment's offerings.
Negotiate contracts, close deals, and manage client accounts effectively.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat business.
Track sales performance, analyze data, and provide regular reports to management.
Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
Collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
Qualifications:
Proven track record of success in telesales, preferably within the media and entertainment industry.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
Proficiency in lead generation and customer relationship management (CRM) tools.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Highly motivated, results-oriented, and driven to achieve targets.
Adaptable and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
